Kris Kristofferson
Kristoffer Kristofferson (22 giugno 1936 – 28 settembre 2024) è stato un cantante, cantautore e attore country americano. Tra i suoi crediti come autore ci sono "Me and Bobby McGee", "For the Good Times", "Sunday Mannin' Comin' Down" e "Help Me Make It Through the Night", tutti successi per altri artisti.
Nel 1985, Kristofferson si unì a altri artisti country come Waylon Jennings, Willie Nelson e Johnny Cash nel supergruppo country The Highwaymen, una forza creativa chiave nel movimento country fuorilegge che abbandonava la tradizionale macchina country di Nashville a favore della scrittura e produzione indipendente.
Come attore, Kristofferson era noto per i suoi ruoli in Pat Garrett & Billy the Kid (1973), Blume in Love (1973), Alice non vive più qui (1974), A Star Is Born (1976) (che gli valse un Golden Globe come miglior attore), Convoy (1978), Heaven's Gate (1980), Stagecoach (1986), Lone Star (1996) e la trilogia cinematografica Blade (1998–2004).
